The following description applies to all graphomate add-ins in Microsoft 365. Using Excel (Desktop) as an example, we will explain how to get started quickly.

  1. Open an Excel workbook and navigate to the 'Insert' section.
  2. Click on 'My Add-ins' and select the 'Admin Manged' area in the 'Office Add-ins' pop-up. Now select the desired graphomate Add-In and confirm with 'Add'.
  3. The placeholder for the graphomate graphic now appears on the Excel worksheet. 
  4. In the next step, link the data by clicking on 'Select Data'. Select the data range and confirm with the 'Select' button.
  5. The graphomate graphic is created. Several buttons for configuring the graphic appear in the upper right area (Image Added).
  6. To format the diagram, click on the gear wheel (Image Added). The mini graphomate property sheet appears. Basic settings can be adjusted at this point.Clicking on the pop-out icon opens the graphomate property sheet with all settingswith all settings for the graphomate add in appears.
