Page Comparison

Every user, even those without the user role "admin", has the possibility here to obtain an overview of already existing comments. Only those comments are displayed that the user is authorised to view.

By clicking on a column header, the comments can be sorted according to this property.

Menu bar

The following options are available in the menu bar under the heading "Comments":

1. Columns: The visibility of table columns can be restricted and extended, here. In addition to the standard columns, the comment ID and the time and user of the last change can be displayed.

2. Filters: Die Liste der dargestellten Kommentare kann hier eingeschränkt werden. Aktuell verfügbar ist eine Einschränkung auf “Autor”, “Bearbeiter”, “Erstellungszeitpunkt” und “Änderungszeitpunkt”.

3. Export: Zwei Möglichkeiten des Exports werden hier angeboten. Das Drucken der aktuellen Seite oder der Export als CSV. Der CSV-Export enthält alle, auch die nicht dargestellten, Kommentare und Tabellenspalten.

4. Refresh: Durch Klick auf diesen Button werden neue Daten vom Server geladen.

5. Add: Die Möglichkeit zur “manuellen” Kommentarerstellung bietet sich hier. Da Kontexte hier auch manuell definiert werden müssen, dient dieses Feature eher zu Testzwecken als zum produktiven Einsatz.

Tabellenspalten

1. ID: Im Standard nicht sichtbar wird hier die ID des Kommentares dargestellt. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine zufällig generierte UUID.

2. Creation: Der Zeitpunkt der Erstellung des Kommentares.

3. Changed: Im Standard nicht sichtbar, der Zeitpunkt der letzten Änderung.

4. Text: Der Text des Kommentares ohne Formatierung.

5. Creator: Der Benutzername des Erstellers des Kommentares.

6. Changed: Im Standard nicht sichtbar, der Name des Benutzers, der die letzte Änderung vorgenommen hat.

7. Contexts: Die Liste der dem Kommentar zugehörigen Kontexte.

8. Actions: Buttons zum Bearbeiten und Löschen eines Kommentares.

Bearbeiten

Nach dem Klick auf den Button zum Bearbeiten, öffnet sich für den Kommentar der aus den Komponenten bekannte Editor. Durch Klick auf das Symbol der Diskette, werden Änderungen abgespeichert.

Seitenauswahl

1. The list of comments displayed can be restricted here. Currently available is a restriction to 'author', 'editor', 'creation time' and 'modification time'.

2. Export: There are two export options. Print the current page or export to CSV. The CSV export includes all comments and table columns, including those not displayed.

3. Refresh: Clicking this button will load new data from the server.

4. Add: This allows you to create comments "manually". As contexts must also be defined manually, this feature is more for testing purposes than for productive use.

1. ID: Not visible in the standard, the ID of the comment is shown here. This is a randomly generated UUID.

2. Creation: The time the comment was written.

3. Changed: Not visible in the standard, the time of the last change.

4. Text: The text of the comment without formatting.

5. Creator: The username of the author of the comment.

6. Changed: Not visible in the standard, the name of the user who made the last change.

7. Contexts: The list of contexts associated with the comment.

8. Actions: Buttons for editing and deleting a comment. In addition the history of changes can be displayed by a button click on here.

Edit

After clicking the Edit button, the comment editor familiar from the components opens. Click on the floppy disk icon to save the changes.

Page selection

At the bottom right is a menu that allows you to set the number of comments displayed per page and the current page.
