  1. Go to Programs and Features in the Control Panel
  2. Locate the entry graphomate charts for Excel and uninstall it via the context menu/right click, or the appropriate button in the Control Panel.
Warning
  • When installing the single-user-msi, please install as a user, not as an admin, otherwise the graphomate Add-in is not available in Microsoft Excel.
  • When updating from version 1.2.x (or lower) to the version 1.4.x (or newer), firstly you must install 1.3.x and start your reports and save them as 1.3.x format, to migrate them to the new internal format.
