Issue

General issues with the usage of extensions on the BusinessObjects BI-Platform.

Solution

Please check the following list of possible reasons:

  1. Did you install the correct Design Studio Addon on the server?

  2. Did you install the extension on the server?

  3. Did you restart the APS (Adaptive Processing Server) after the installation? (Sometime it helps, doing this more than once.)
