Sharing Tickets with your Workmates
If you want to add a third person to your ticket.
Step by step manual
In the following you see sreenshots of a customer test account:
1. In the right top of the page you see the share button which opens a small window by clicking on it.
2. Insert the full email adress of the person you want to invite. It is necessary that the person is signed in at the graphomate support desk.
3. Pushing the blue share button is the last step.
4. Now the person will recieve an email and is able to follow your ticket.
