Add graphomate Add-Ins to an Office Application
Three ways are available to use the graphomate add-ins in Excel and PowerPoint
Way 1 - Organization level -Download the add-in through the Office Store via the Mircosoft 365 admin center (admin rights required)
- In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, go to the Settings > Integrated Apps page and select the option 'Get Apps'
- In the next pop-up, enter 'graphomate' in the search field. Select the desired add-in and confirm the dialogue for the download.
- Then assign the user groups that will have access to the add-ins.
- After installation, the graphomate add-in is available in the supported Office solutions. For example, open Excel in Desktop or Web.
Navigate to the 'Home' ribbon, select 'Add-ins' and '+Get Add-ins' . On the 'Admin Managed' tab, the graphomate add-ins should now be available to the user.
No graphomate add-ins visible in the Office Add-ins section? Please click the Refresh button.
Clicking on the component adds the add-in to the worksheet.
Way 2 - Installation by the user via Office Store (Web and Desktop)
- Note: If you choose to install the Add-In in this manner, only this Excel file contains the graphomate extensions. If you open a new Excel file, the graphomate extensions has to be added manually again.
- Navigate to the Excel application.
- Create or chose a workbook.
- Select 'Home' in the ribbon and click 'Add-Ins' there.
- In the following pop-up enter '+Get Add-ins'. Next pop-up please enter 'graphomate' in the search field and confirm the entry. All available graphomate add-ins will then be listed.
- Select an add-in and click 'Add'.
- In the next step you should agree to the license terms by clicking on 'Next'. After a few seconds, the graphomate add-in will appear on the spreadsheet.
