The license or trial key is entered via the graphomate property sheet. Proceed as follows:
Insert a graphomate add-in in the Excel sheet.
Move over the graphic until several symbols appear.
Select the gear wheel at the top right.
In the next step, the graphomate property sheet opens.
Navigate to the search box and enter the term 'License'.
Enter the license or trial key at this position and confirm the entry with the Enter key.
The graphomate watermark should now no longer be visible.
Unfortunately, MS365 does not provide an option to persist license keys beyond a document. However, if you save the document, the license key is also saved and does not have to be entered again. Even if another document is opened at the same time as a document with an entered license key, this document takes over the license. This makes it possible to create a dummy file that only contains the add-ins with the entered key. This file can be distributed to other users and opened before creating a new document.
