The following description applies to all graphomate add-ins in Microsoft 365. Using Excel (Desktop) as an example, we will explain how to get started quickly.
- Open an Excel workbook and navigate to the 'Insert' section.
- Click on 'My Add-ins' and select the 'Admin Manged' area in the 'Office Add-ins' pop-up. Now select the desired graphomate Add-In and confirm with 'Add'.
- The placeholder for the graphomate graphic now appears on the Excel worksheet.
- In the next step, link the data by clicking on 'Select Data'. Select the data range and confirm with the 'Select' button.
- The graphomate graphic is created. Several buttons for configuring the graphic appear in the upper right area.
- To format the diagram, click on the gear wheel. The mini graphomate property sheet appears. Basic settings can be adjusted at this point.
- Clicking on the pop-out icon opens the graphomate property sheet with all settings.
