Data binding

To use the graphomate shared data source, the custom widget must be added to the dashboard. You then have the option of selecting the desired data via the standard SAC dialog.

(lightbulb) The SAC's own filters can also be applied to the selected data.

Dummy data source

In order to be able to use the shared data source as a data source, you must first connect a minimal "dummy" data source to each graphomate widget, as otherwise the SAC will not allow the application to be saved. (blue star)

You do this by going to the GPS menu via the ⚙️ gear button and klick the (blue star) Add data source button in the data tab.

Shared data source

Once this is done, use the GPS - Data tab of the graphomate component and change the Datasource Type from SAC Model to Shared and then select the corresponding shared data source from the dropdown. You can also add several widgets that provide different data sources for sharing.

Data selection

Now you can use Select Data to determine which parts of the data source should be displayed by the component.
