General notes on the use of graphomate extensions in Power BI

Option 1 - Distribute graphomate visuals in an organization

In order to be able to use graphomate Visuals in an organization, it is necessary that we create a so-called Private Plan for you, according to your contract with us. For this we need your tenant ID.
The provision of such a plan usually takes a few days.

Installation of Organizational visuals

• Visit the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and click on “Show all” in the left menu, then “All admin centers” and “Power BI”
  
  
  
  
  
• in the Fabric admin portal, please open the Organizational visuals section and use +Add Visuals/From AppSource
  
  
  
  
• then search for and add the graphomate visuals in the pop-up via the search field

Then proceed as follows to distribute the licenses throughout the organization:

• visit the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, click on Billing and then on Licenses
  
  
  
  
• here you can see a list of the visuals and licenses available for distribution in your organization
• a click on the product opens a dialog in which these licenses can be assigned or withdrawn from the users
• users must then open the AppSource interface via the Get more visuals option in Power BI
• there you will find the assigned products under Organizational visuals

Option 2 - Insert a graphomate visual to a report for single users

The installation of graphomate products for Microsoft Power BI is now exclusively done via Microsoft AppSource.

Installation from the AppSource

• In the visualization pane, please click on the three dots to open the dialog.

• Choose the option Get more visuals.

• You will be redirected to the AppSource and can filter for 'graphomate' via the search mask and add the visuals to your report with one click
