The graphomate Add-ins for Microsoft Excel allow to extract the values for selected elements of a graphomate graphic (e.g. charts or matrix). The retrieved values can then be displayed in a defined area in the workbook. These values can be used, for example, as further filters in Excel.

  1. You have already added a graphomate add-in to the workbook and linked the data.

  2. Move the mouse pointer over the graphomate graphic until the blue icons appear at the top.

  3. Select the first icon ().

  4. You will be prompted to define a cell range in which the selected values are going to be displayed. Confirm the dialog.

  5. Then click on an element in the graphic. The information linked to this element is now displayed in the defined area. The selection of several elements is done by holding the CTRL key.
