Issue

Some element labels are hidden (see screenshot below),

Solution

The described behavior is not a bug. It's a feature that automatically hides colliding labels. To deactivate it you can go to the additional properties sheet. Under the "Appearance Tab" switch the property "Element Labels" from "auto" to "fix".
