The menu "Workbook Settings" contains the option "Use DPI Scaling". If this option is checked (by default), the screen scale of the operating system (125%, 150%, ...) is used to scale the charts. The propertysheet is also scaled according to the screen scale. If this option is unchecked, all elements are drawn as before.
In workbooks, that have been created prior to version 1.4.0, this option is deactivated by default. This is the case, so old workbooks and their layouts stay intact. It can be activated afterwards of course.
